Amritsari kulchas are very good. Chole, I would say have overwhelming high level of spices. Could feel high level of baking soda in bites, probably used too much to make them soft!! Chole for kulchas should be medium spicy and tangy. We reserved seat online, so no wait times, at table service is very fast as they make kulchas in bulk IMO, and not per order. Drinks are also very good. Hygiene level should be improved a lot.
